The Good Lord's Train is a-coming.

It's moving on down the track.

It's all steam ahead, children

There ain't no turning back.

(chorus) Better get on board,  get on board.

It's destinatin is yonder

To Heaven beautiful and fair.

You got to get on board, children

If you wanna got there.

The ticket doesn't cost you a dime.

No, sir, it's absolutely free.

Jesus holds the tickets

And He's purchased them for you and me.

It's a free ticket He's a-giving.

And it'll take you all the way.

But you got to receive that ticket, friend,

And get on board today.

There ain't no segregation on this train

That's bound for glory land.

Red, yellow, black and white, all can go

Long as you got ticket in hand.

Ain't no second class seats on this train.

Rich or poor, short or tall.

Jesus died on Calvary's cross.

He died for one and all.

Now if you miss this train, children.

You gonna be left standing alone.

And there ain't no other way into Glory

When this train is gone.
